Job summary

Prospect Capital Restaurants, a Wing Stop franchisee, seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead and develop the team in a fast-paced environment. You will coach staff, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and oversee opening/closing, scheduling, and inventory. This role requires reliable availability, a Serve Safe certification, and the ability to lift 50 lbs while maintaining a strong schedule and operations.

Qualifications

• Open availability including holidays, weekends, opening and closing shifts.
• Proven restaurant management experience (2+ years).
• Food safety certification (Serve Safe).
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to maintain a reliable schedule.
• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, coach and develop the team.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-driven atmosphere.
• Interface with customers to provide an exceptional experience.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.
• Handle scheduling, forecasting and labor analysis.
• Manage food cost and inventory.
• Fill in for the Manager in all capacities when needed.
• Assist with employee training.

An Assistant General Manager responsibilities include:

• Motivates, coaches and develops team

• Work in a fast-paced team driven atmosphere

• Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience

• Perform all tasks related to opening and closing of store

• Scheduling, forecasting, labor analysis

• Food cost and inventory

• Fill in for Manager in all capacities when needed

• Assists with employee training

Qualifications for the job:

• Open availability (including holidays, weekends, opening and closing shifts) - Required

• At least 2 years of restaurant management - Required

• Serve Safe Certification - Required

• Must have reliable transportation

• Must be able to maintain a reliable schedule

• Education: High school degree or equivalent

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

• Able to stand for prolonged periods of time
