Prospect Capital Restaurants is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Wingstop in Freehold, NJ. You will lead a fast-paced team, coach staff, and ensure outstanding guest experiences while managing opening/closing duties and daily operations.

The role requires at least 2 years of restaurant management, ServSafe certification, and reliable transportation. Flexible scheduling, growth opportunities, and benefits are provided.

An Assistant General Manager responsibilities include:

• Motivates, coaches and develops team
• Work in a fast-paced team driven atmosphere
• Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience
• Perform all tasks related to opening and closing of store
• Scheduling, forecasting, labor analysis
• Food cost and inventory
• Fill in for Manager in all capacities when needed
• Assists with employee training

Qualifications for the job:

• Open availability (including holidays, weekends, opening and closing shifts) - Required
• At least 2 years of restaurant management - Required
• Serve Safe Certification - Required
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to maintain a reliable schedule
• Education: High school degree or equivalent
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods of time
