Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 annual base. PLUS bonus program up to $1,000 per month based on performance.

Responsibilities

• The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Work with the leader to set the restaurant’s goals and create a plan to achieve them.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, follow up on progress, and provide coaching and direction.

Qualifications
