Requirements

General Manager responsibilities: run a profitable restaurant and ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Set restaurant goals with leader, create plans to achieve them, guide and coach Department Managers, set their goals, follow up on progress, hire and develop Department and Shift Managers, and maintain a strong team.

Ideal candidates have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations. A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. Must be 18 years or older.
