  • Support evaluation of acquisition opportunities with M&A team.
  • Develop relationships with healthcare orgs, insurers, and physician networks.

General Manager – U.S. Healthcare Operations

A rapidly growing healthcare platform company is seeking a General Manager to lead and scale its growing portfolio of directly operated healthcare clinics in the U.S.

Summary

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will be responsible for post-acquisition integration (PMI), operational standardization, P&L management, revenue growth, and the development of new healthcare services.

Based at the company's U.S. headquarters in the Dallas, TX area, the General Manager will play a key leadership role in building an integrated, scalable healthcare business across multiple locations while leveraging AI and technology to improve operational efficiency.

Essential Duties
  • Lead post-acquisition integration (PMI), including organizational, operational, and systems integration
  • Build strong relationships with clinic leadership and staff and lead change management initiatives
  • Establish KPIs for each location, monitor business performance, and report results to executive leadership
  • Drive revenue growth through cross-location collaboration, patient referral networks, and joint marketing initiatives
  • Manage overall P&L and optimize revenue and operating costs across multiple locations
  • Identify and develop new healthcare services utilizing existing clinic locations and technology platforms
  • Standardize SOPs, quality standards, compliance processes, and operational practices across locations
  • Drive the implementation of AI and technology solutions to automate administrative and clinical workflows
  • Consolidate procurement, recruiting, and back-office functions to improve operational efficiency and achieve cost synergies
  • Recruit, develop, and coach local U.S. talent and clinic-level managers
  • Support the evaluation and sourcing of potential acquisition opportunities in collaboration with the M&A team
  • Develop relationships with healthcare organizations, insurers, medical associations, and referring physician networks
Working Hours / Working style

Full-time, Monday–Friday

In-office position with occasional travel to clinic locations and for business meetings

Working Location

DFW, TX Area (Exact location to be determined)

Salary / Benefit
  • $100K–$150K/year, depending on experience and qualifications

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of multi-unit business management experience in the U.S. (healthcare, retail, F&B, or similar industries)
  • Proven experience managing P&L across multiple locations and driving revenue growth
  • Hands-on experience leading post-acquisition integration (PMI) and organizational/operational integration
  • Fluent level English
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize AI and technology tools to improve operational efficiency
  • Strong business leadership and execution skills in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on
  • Ability to lead teams, manage change, and build strong relationships with local stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare or medical clinic operations
  • Japanese language skills
  • Franchise or multi-location/chain expansion experience
