Job summary

QUICK USA, Inc. is seeking a General Manager for U.S. Healthcare Operations to lead and scale a portfolio of directly operated clinics. You will report to the CEO, oversee PMI, standardize operations, and drive revenue growth across multiple locations in the U.S.

The role is based at the U.S. headquarters in the Dallas, TX area and involves in-office work with occasional travel. A strong track record in multi-unit healthcare or related industries, strategic leadership, and a hands-on management

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of multi-unit business management experience in the U.S.
  • Proven experience managing P&L across multiple locations and driving revenue growth
  • Hands-on experience leading post-acquisition integration (PMI) and organizational/operational integration
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize AI and technology tools to improve operational efficiency
  • Strong business leadership and execution skills in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
  • Ability to lead teams, manage change, and build strong relationships with local stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Lead post-acquisition integration (PMI), including organizational, operational, and systems integration
  • Build strong relationships with clinic leadership and staff and lead change management initiatives
  • Establish KPIs for each location, monitor business performance, and report results to executive leadership
  • Drive revenue growth through cross-location collaboration, patient referral networks, and joint marketing initiatives
  • Manage overall P&L and optimize revenue and operating costs across multiple locations
  • Identify and develop new healthcare services utilizing existing clinic locations and technology platforms
  • Standardize SOPs, quality standards, compliance processes, and operational practices across locations
  • Drive the implementation of AI and technology solutions to automate administrative and clinical workflows
  • Consolidate procurement, recruiting, and back-office functions to improve operational efficiency and achieve cost synergies
  • Recruit, develop, and coach local U.S. talent and clinic-level managers
  • Support the evaluation and sourcing of potential acquisition opportunities in collaboration with the M&A team
  • Develop relationships with healthcare organizations, insurers, medical associations, and referring physician networks

[ Summary ]

A rapidly growing healthcare platform company is seeking a General Manager to lead and scale its growing portfolio of directly operated healthcare clinics in the U.S.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will be responsible for post-acquisition integration (PMI), operational standardization, P&L management, revenue growth, and the development of new healthcare services.

Based at the company's U.S. headquarters in the Dallas, TX area, the General Manager will play a key leadership role in building an integrated, scalable healthcare business across multiple locations while leveraging AI and technology to improve operational efficiency.

Full-time, Monday–Friday

In-office position with occasional travel to clinic locations and for business meetings

$100K–$150K/year, depending on experience and qualifications
