The main responsibilities of the General Manager include helping the Operating Partner build and maintain a strong team that delivers a top-notch car wash experience. This involves ensuring smooth, efficient operations within budget, maintaining the site’s appearance and functionality, and fostering a positive company culture by leading with our core values. The General Manager also actively engages with customers at the pay station, greeting them and promoting memberships.
