Position Overview

The General Manager (GM) is the heartbeat of the studio responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving revenue, and creating an unforgettable member experience. You\'ll lead a team of passionate fitness professionals, build deep connections with our members, and be the face of CycleBar in the Cranberry Township community.

Key Responsibilities

• Studio Operations: Oversee all aspects of studio performance, including staff scheduling, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Sales Leadership: Drive membership sales through outreach, lead conversion, and community events.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and coach studio staff and instructors to ensure peak performance and engagement.
• Customer Experience: Ensure every guest and member receives exceptional service from the first interaction to post-class follow-ups.
• Brand Representation: Serve as the local ambassador for CycleBar, representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, track KPIs, and implement strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
