What you will do

• Lead with a growth mindset, successfully guiding the business toward new opportunities
• Be a cultural ambassador – foster engagement, alignment and excellence within the business and community enabling a destination workplace
• Promote and reinforce our strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all regulations while fostering a proactive, safety-first mindset across the team
• Monitor field and office recruiting activities for organizational unit; perform recruiting activities, with the assistance of the Talent Acquisition team to hire qualified Refrigeration teammates
• Lead your team’s talent management process and assist your team with creating career development plans for their respective teammates
• Work with sales and account managers to assure on time customer renewals and proactively position contract price increases
• Ensure that processes are utilized for Industrial Refrigeration Business Development activities as well as emerging sales and prospecting tools
• Manage teams in the planning and execution of Industrial Refrigeration (Ammonia Refrigeration) projects and quoted work to meet or beat estimates, and exceed the customers’ expectations

You should have

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 10+ years’ experience in Industrial Refrigeration (Ammonia Refrigeration) operations, maintenance management, or service-based project sales, including leadership experience; OR 15+ years of relevant experience without a degree
• 10 years of in-depth experience with Industrial Refrigeration (Ammonia Refrigeration) (e.g., ammonia, CO₂, cascade systems), including lifecycle cost management and performance optimization
• Deep understanding of industry standards, compliance regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, IIAR, ASHRAE)
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational excellence in a technical service environment.
• Advanced ability to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize performance
