Culinary Dropout, part of Fox Restaurant Concepts and owned by The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated, is hiring immediately for a General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on daily operations, guest experience, and financial performance.

You will coach and develop the team, manage scheduling and planning, and drive continuous improvement to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced setting.

• Must have 5+ years high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Demonstrate understanding of business operations and financials.
• Coach, lead and develop restaurant team.

• Manage on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
• Understand POS systems and OpenTable (or other digital/online reservation systems)
• Coach, lead and develop restaurant team
• Drive continuous improvement
