Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Pewaukee, WI is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants, partnering with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at its best and drive guest satisfaction.

You’ll focus on guest metrics and engagement, develop your team through training, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and service standards, benefiting from a culture of growth and opportunity.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management preferred.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation.
• Able to lead and develop a team and drive training.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants with GM.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.
• Ensure operational standards and staff development.

YOU GOT THIS
