Job summary

Envoy Air is seeking a station leadership professional at Pittsburgh International Airport to oversee training compliance and lead a team delivering safe, on-time service for American Airlines customers.

You will manage day-to-day operations, communicate with partners, and drive accountability while fostering a collaborative, customer-focused team environment.

Qualifications

• Must lead a team to run a safe, efficient operation and deliver top-notch service.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
• Experience guiding teams in dynamic aviation or ground handling environments.
• Customer-focused, accountable and collaborative with strong leadership presence.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking English; US work authorization required.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver’s license; or otherwise maintain all necessary authority and identification to travel for business needs as required; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role.
• Previous experience with a commercial airline or ground handler in a leadership role
• Available to work non-standard work schedules, when necessary, due to changing or unplanned operational needs; including ability to be available to your team 24/7/365
• Must have demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with various internal and external partners
• Experience working with contract labor workgroups may be preferred in some locations
• Must be accomplished, customer-focused, accountable, self-motivated, and collaborative
• Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
