Parable Hospitality LLC is seeking a General Manager for Fireside Inn on Moonstone Beach in Cambria, CA. You will lead day-to-day hotel operations, inspire a high-performing team, and ensure top-tier guest experiences.

Responsibilities include cross-department oversight, financial management, revenue strategies, and community relations, with a strong emphasis on service excellence and staff development. This on-site role offers opportunities for strategic impact and growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Hotel General Manager or similar senior hotel leadership.
• Experience overseeing multi-department hotel operations.
• Proven record of hiring, training, coaching, and developing teams.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial performance, and cost control.

• Make decisions and solve problems by assessing situations, resolving conflicts, addressing operational challenges, and determining effective solutions.
• Manage talent and performance including hiring, training, delegation, performance management, and team member development.
• Build strong external relationships through guest relations, public relations, community involvement, and partnerships with local organizations.
• Plan for the hotel’s continued success by identifying opportunities for improvement, supporting renovations and capital projects, participating in marketing initiatives, and contributing to strategic planning.

THE ROLE

As General Manager, you’ll oversee the hotel’s day-to-day operations and lead the team in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will:
