Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; advanced degree a plus.
• 2+ years as General Manager or Assistant GM in a restaurant setting; brewery/beverage a plus.
• Strong knowledge of full-service restaurant operations and guest service.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial metrics.
• Ability to train, motivate, and develop staff; excellent communication.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work evenings, weekends, holidays.

What you'll be doing:

The General Manager (GM) is integral to providing a superior experience for both staff and guests. THe GM does just what you think they would!

This full-time position oversees all operations of the taproom and plays a strategic role to drive profitabilty and meaningful growth. The GM manages staff, coordinates schedules, maintains quality standards, and ensures compliance with health and safety regulations. Reporting to the Director of Taproom Operations, the GM also develops and executes business strategies, manages budgets, and fosters a positive work culture that reflects brand values. Strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for craft beer/cider/cocktails and hospitality are essential.

As part of the restaurant industry, weekend and evening availablity are required.

What you'll need:

• Minimum of high school diploma; advanced degree a plus
• Minimum of two (2) years of General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting; brewery/beverage industry a plus
• Strong knowledge of full service restaurant operations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and develop staff
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance metrics
• Exceptional guest service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining quality and efficiency
• Knowledge of health, safety, and food handling regulations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic office computer applications
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for craft beverages, hospitality, and delivering memorable guest experiences
• Forklift certification a plus
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
