The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is integral to providing a superior experience for both staff and guests. The AGM reports to the General Manager and executes daily operations for both the front- and back-of-house. It is of upmost importance to us that the AGM adapts to the RBC culture and brings our FU Awesome energy, vibe, and history.
This full-time position oversees various taproom functions, enforces policy and procedures, ensures guests have an FU Awesome experience, supports and supervises staff, coordinates schedules, maintains quality standards, and ensures compliance with health and safety regulations. A successful AGM will foster a positive work culture that reflects brand values. Strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for craft beer/cider/cocktails and hospitality are essential.
As part of the restaurant industry, weekend and evening availability are required.
Base salary is $65,000 annually with potential for bonus.
