Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Brentwood, TN is seeking a General Manager to lead daily bakery operations and guest experience. You will direct the team, oversee cake production, brand presentation, and P&L management to drive sales and profitability while maintaining top-quality service.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of leadership in retail or hospitality, strong people skills and a track record of building a fun, high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or foodservice.
• Experience hiring and developing teams and achieving financial objectives.
• Experience creating productivity goals, inventory par levels and team schedules, and managing costs.
• Foodservice safety training certificate (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable learning new technology.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Education, Certifications and Work Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1-3 years of leadership experience managing teams, business operations and the guest experience in the retail, hospitality or foodservice industries.
• Demonstrated success in hiring and developing teams, creating a superior service environment and achieving financial objectives.
• Experience in creating productivity goals, inventory par levels and team schedules, and managing costs.
