Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Columbus is seeking a General Manager to lead daily bakery operations, drive sales and ensure the highest quality cakes and guest experiences.

You will supervise staff, oversee cake production, brand and merchandise presentation, and manage the P&L, inventory, and work environment. The role emphasizes strong leadership, guest service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, with opportunities for advancement within the growing NbC brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1-3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or foodservice.
• Proven ability to hire and develop teams and achieve financial objectives.
• Experience creating productivity goals, inventory par levels and team schedules, and managing costs.
• Foodservice safety training certificate (or able to obtain within 30 days).
• Basic proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable with new technologies.

• Foodservice safety training certificate (or required to obtain within 30 days of employment).
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, with comfort in learning new technologies.

Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, based on changing business demands.
