Arby’s, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant team in Boaz, AL, driving performance, engagement, and training to deliver Meatcraft quality and a great guest experience.

You will oversee local store marketing, sales, and profit goals while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

As a General Manager, you will be the leader of your restaurant’s Meatcraft®. You will help your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. From local store marketing to helping reach sale and profit goals, you will be responsible in ensuring that your restaurant is delivering the top meats.

Salary: $52,000 - $72,000 per year
