Job summary

Arby's in Birmingham, AL is seeking a General Manager to lead your restaurant management team and drive performance. You will guide daily operations, coach staff, and ensure top-quality service and delicious Meatcraft® to guests.

As GM, you’ll focus on training, local store marketing, and achieving sales and profit goals while delivering a great customer experience and maintaining high standards across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• At least one year of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

As a General Manager, you will be the leader of your restaurant’s Meatcraft®. You will help your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. From local store marketing to helping reach sale and profit goals, you will be responsible in ensuring that your restaurant is delivering the top meats.
