Job summary

Arby’s is seeking a General Manager in Newark, OH to lead the restaurant operations, inspire and coach the management team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will drive sales, manage staff performance, and uphold Arby’s Meatcraft standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of management experience in a fast‑food or retail setting and can demonstrate strong customer service. Eligible to work in the United States and committed to growth with Arby’s.
