Arby’s is hiring a General Manager in the United States. You will lead the Meatcraft® program, drive team performance, and oversee training to deliver top-quality meats and customer experiences.

You will work with the Restaurant Management Team to ensure strong service and operational excellence. Ideal candidates bring restaurant or retail leadership experience, a proven record of customer service, and the ability to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Have at least one year of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant Meatcraft® program and guide the Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
• Support local store marketing and help achieve sales and profit goals while ensuring top-quality meats and service.
• Cultivate a positive work environment, enforce standards, and coach staff for growth and excellence.
