Job summary

Arby’s is seeking a General Manager in the Boaz, AL area to lead the restaurant’s Meatcraft program and guide the Management Team and team members. You will drive performance, engagement, and training initiatives, while supporting local marketing and working toward sales and profit goals to ensure top-quality meat offerings.

The role welcomes candidates with at least one year of restaurant or retail management experience and a proven record of exceptional customer service.

You will help your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. From local store marketing to helping reach sale and prof it goals, you will be responsible in ensuring that your restaurant is delivering the top meats.
