CRISP & GREEN is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will mentor the #CRISPCrew and oversee both FOH and BOH functions, acting as the face of the brand and driving daily performance.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, a self-starter, and capable of building relationships while maintaining high standards and coaching teams toward growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• 3 years previous management/supervisory experience.
• 5 years customer service experience.
• Passion for living a healthy life.
• Able to lift 50lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time and work in fast-paced environment.
• Full-time availability with a flexible schedule.
• Able to work at least 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• In charge of day to day operations and management of restaurant.
• Create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow.
• Recruit, interview, and hire the right talent for Crisp & Green, with a focus on finding and developing future leaders.
• Recognize and reward excellent performance.
• Quickly improve or remove low performers through coaching and documentation.
• Motivate, inspire, and challenge team to consistently achieve and surpass company goals and standards.
• Create an excellent guest experience through extreme attention to detail.
• Connect and build relationships through the ability to resolve conflict in a prompt and professional manner.
• Effectively communicate with restaurant team regarding changes to menu, policies, team member benefits, and more.
• Control labor costs by writing and executing an effective schedule.
