You will develop strategies, oversee daily operations, mentor staff, monitor budgets, enhance customer service, collaborate with contractors, ensure policy compliance, and participate in partner events to drive sales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the floor installation industry.
• Proven leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices

As the General Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing our team to drive business growth and success, while achieving operational excellence.
