About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team. As the General Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing our team to drive business growth and success, while achieving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals
• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow in a team setting.
• Manage and mentor staff to ensure high performance and job satisfaction
• Monitor financial performance and budgeting
• Manage Customer Service Experience from a retail environment.
• Work with contractors on a daily basis with a positive mindset.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Attend our retail partner's events to drive sales.

Requirements
