Floor Interior Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team, drive growth, and achieve operational excellence across field operations and our retail partnerships.

You will develop and implement business strategies, oversee daily operations, mentor staff, monitor budgets, and ensure a superior customer service experience while coordinating with contractors and attending partner events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of managerial experience, preferably in floor installation or related industries.
• Proven leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities:
