FIS is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team. As the General Manager, you will lead and manage our team to drive business growth and success, while achieving operational excellence.

We are seeking a proven leader capable of overseeing daily operations, mentoring staff, managing budgets, and collaborating with contractors to deliver superior customer service and drive sales with our retail partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the floor installation industry.
• Proven leadership and decision‑making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Knowledge of industry‑specific regulations and best practices

Responsibilities
