Job summary

Wetzel's Pretzels in Birch Run, MI is seeking a General Manager to direct daily bakery operations, supervise staff, manage inventory, and uphold quality and service standards. You will ensure compliance with company policies and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

The ideal candidate brings food-service experience, is available up to 45 hours per week, has reliable transportation, and will obtain a ServSafe license.

Responsibilities

• Direct all daily bakery operations.

As a General Manager at Wetzel's Pretzels, you will have the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of the bakery. You will ensure compliance with company standards, supervise and train staff, manage inventory, and deliver the highest quality products and services to our customers. If you are a highly motivated individual with a love for delicious pretzels and a desire to learn and grow,

The ideal candidate must be available up to 45 hours per week. Must have reliable transportation. Previous food experience is a plus! The candidate will be expected to obtain a ServSafe license.
