Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Work with the restaurant leader to set goals and create a plan to achieve them.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, help them set their own goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve their Departments.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future.

Additional Information

Pay rate is $50k - $65k for certified General Managers.
