Prior experience in roles such as Shift Lead, Shift Supervisor, General Manager, Assistant Manager, or in customer service at brands like Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Panera Bread, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Burger King, or In-N-Out Burger is highly desirable.
