The Manager will be responsible for enthusiastically leading and motivating the restaurant team to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This includes ensuring each customer visit results in friendly, personalized service, with quality food delivered promptly in a clean and inviting environment. You will manage all aspects of daily operations to maximize sales, profits, and a positive customer experience.

Salary: $50,000 - $52,000 per year

Opportunities as a General Manager or Shift Manager are available as full-time or part-time positions.

Prior experience in roles such as Shift Lead, Shift Supervisor, Shift Manager, General Manager, Assistant Manager, Barista, or other part-time restaurant jobs at brands like Boardwalk Burger and Fries, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Panera Bread, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Burger King, or In-N-Out Burger is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring efficiency and productivity.
2. Hire, train, and manage staff, fostering a positive work environment.
3. Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
4. Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste.
5. Develop strategies to improve service, drive sales, and enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Handle financial tasks such as budgeting, sales reporting, and payroll.
7. Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
8. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
9. Liaise with upper management or franchise owners, providing updates and reports.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and implement new strategies as needed.
