Vertex Fitness Group is seeking a General Manager at a JETSET Pilates studio in Ashburn, VA. The role combines leadership, operations and growth responsibilities to drive studio success.
The GM will instruct and be present for a minimum of 20 class hours weekly, while maintaining a studio schedule and overseeing daily functions. The position is on-site, full-time and exempt, with a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) match, medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.

Vertex Fitness Group is a franchisee of JETSET Pilates® — our General Managers are committed to the growth and development of their team and are passionate about sharing the brand and workout with others. The General Manager is a strong leader who is dedicated to cultivating relationships within the studio, as well as role modeling all of the qualities and attributes of an exceptional instructor.
The General Manager is expected to undergo the JETSET Pilates training program and instructs an average of 6 classes per week. In addition to instructing, the General Manager is expected to be in the studio during class times for a minimum of 20 classes each week.
The General Manager is a multi-faceted role responsible for all aspects of studio performance and growth. They are accountable for ensuring that all areas of the business are fulfilled and are driven by achieving goals and continuing growth.
