In this role, you will handle everyday repairs, preventative maintenance, and basic building upkeep. No prior HVAC certification is required to apply! We are looking for someone with strong foundational maintenance skills who is eager to grow. As a condition of employment, you must obtain your HVAC certification within your first 6 months of employment. *The Company will fully cover the cost of training, coursework, and examination costs to help you earn this credential!

Working Conditions:
Must be able to lift 50 lbs., squat, bend, stoop and kneel for short periods, climb a ladder, stand for long periods of time, constant arm extensions.
Occasional exposure to elements such as heat, cold, noise, dust, dirt, chemicals, but none to the point of being disagreeable.
May involve minor safety hazards where likely result would be cuts, bruises, etc.
This job is mission essential personnel and will be needed to work as required.
*The Company will cover expense of obtaining HVAC certification with the stipulation that employee must remain employed for a specific amount of time as outlined in a mutually agreed upon course agreement. Employee must refund employer if stipulations of the course agreement are not met.
