Sodexo is seeking a General Maintenance Worker at Bethune-Cookman University. This full-time role involves hands-on maintenance across plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical tasks, and related general servicing.

Weekdays with varying shifts; open availability preferred and interview provides details. You will be responsible for performing repairs, installing basic units, replacing light bulbs, and ensuring safety and reliability on site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Hold appropriate license/certification for the city/state work.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance service or repairs in one or more skill areas, including minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and plastering, machine servicing, electrical repairs or installations, or vehicle servicing.
• Changes such as changing light bulbs, installing paper dispenser units, changing filters, changing locks on doors, minor decorative maintenance and other tasks not requiring a licensed skilled trades person or journeyman
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

General Maintenance Worker

Location: BETHUNE-COOKMAN UNIVERSITY - 12183001

Workdays/shifts : Weekdays – varying shifts (open availability preferred). More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $19 per hour - $21 per hour

What You Bring:

• Hold appropriate license/certification for the specific work to be done in the city and state in which the work will be done.
• Additional Requirements: Possess a valid driver’s license
