Job summary

Four Seasons Environmental, Inc. – Atlanta, GA is hiring for a maintenance worker on a night shift (10:30 p.m.–6:30 a.m.). The role requires practical skills across painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical tasks, plus the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

You will perform repairs, replacements, and routine upkeep for building systems and equipment. Medical, life, and disability insurance, along with holidays and vacation, are provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting tasks.
• Replace electrical receptacles, switches, fixtures, and motors; patch walls and ceilings.
• Repair or replace sinks, water coolers, toilets, doors, locks; service floors and tiles.
• Perform general maintenance on equipment and machinery.

Min. Yrs. Experience: 1 year

Salary Range: $27.53/per hour plus fringe benefit of $11.60/hr. ($8.60 H&W / $3.00 401k contribution)

Hours:10:30 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. Monday to Friday(8-hour shifts)

• Shift Differential: 4% (2 nd shift) or 6% (3 rd shift) differential pay only if the majority of hours worked fall within the shift differential window

Job Description:

Performs general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings requiring practical skill and knowledge (but not proficiency) in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work. Work involves a variety of the following duties: Replacing electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors; using plaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings; repairing or replacing sinks, water coolers, and toilets; painting structures and equipment; repairing or replacing concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks; replacing damaged paneling and floor tiles; hanging doors and installing door locks; replacing broken window panes; and performing general maintenance on equipment and machinery. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Employees may be subject to immunization and testing requirements pursuant to Client and current Company requirements.
• Employees must meet the requirements of the federal credentialing process to access the facility, which includes but is not limited to, obtaining facility access (aka PIV card, smart card, access card, badge) and meeting ongoing training and access requirements.
