The Facilities General MaintenanceTechnician performs a variety of general skilled and unskilledwork, including but not limited to basic plumbing, basic HVACtroubleshooting, basic electrical troubleshooting, light bulbchanges, light carpentry, basic painting skills, basic drywallrepair, pool maintenance, and assisting with grounds work. Staffmembers will receive service ticket work or be directed by asupervisor on what tasks are to be accomplished daily.
Working hours Monday - Friday 8:00 pm - 4:30 pm, with occasionalovertime. The employee may be required to work alternate shifts orweekends and will be expected to participate in the FacilitiesOperations On-Call program.
