Job summary

The Student Success and Support Center(SSSC) is now hiring for a part time administrative assistant to assist with test proctoring services in the Student Success and Support Center in support of the Office of Accessibility Resources. The administrative assistant will be responsible for the following: Assist with coordinating exam scheduling and proctoring Assist with file organization and management of incoming and outgoing exams Assist with creating final exam schedules with the SSSC Proctor exams using video monitoring and personal supervision Ensure testing areas are secure, quiet, and in accordance with FL Tech's Academic Honesty Policy Maintain a professional and welcoming testing environment and equipment (ADA materials, ear plugs, calculators, etc) Assist the Office of Accessibility Resources with file organization (summer) Assist SSSC with other duties as needed

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Other: Experience working with college students preferred
• Experience with Test Proctoring Services preferred
