The General Maintenance person is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the physical plant. Conducting under supervisor direction, preventive maintenance, routine servicing, seasonal repairs and changes, building equipment and plumbing repairs.
The General Maintenance employee will use the following equipment: construction and maintenance tools and supplies, heavy machinery, motorized vehicles, electrical appliances, computer and various computer programs, copy machine, fax machine, calculator, and heavy phone usage.
