Job summary

Daifuku is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance cleaning for assigned equipment and facilities across the airport site.

The role requires operating at heights up to 25 feet in boom or scissor lifts with fall protection, completing safety training, and complying with DSUS safety programs. A GED or high school diploma is required and availability for weekends/holidays is expected.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

• Performs basic maintenance cleaning such as sweeping, cleaning and greasing.
• Performs basic cleaning of assigned equipment such external power washing of passenger boarding bridges.
• Complete all safety training as assigned by the Company.
• Compliance with all DSUS safety programs, policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties/assignments that may be required by management from time to time.
• Must be able to work at heights of up to 25 feet in a boom lift or scissor lift with appropriate fall arresting gear.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• Ability to work a non-traditional schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must be committed to working safely while accomplishing all tasks and promoting a safe work environment at all times.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous work experience in an Airport environment.
