YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team and support our mission of strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for general facility maintenance and repairs.

The ideal candidate will be capable of performing minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting repairs.

Qualifications

Education & Certifications: Graduation from an accredited trade school in a related field and/or 5 years of relevant experience, with demonstrated knowledge in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, drywall, and painting. Must be at least 18 years old, able to lift 75 lbs, and possess a valid Texas Driver's License.

Experience & Background: High energy, positive attitude, flexibility, teamwork, attention to detail, and initiative are essential. Experience in leading programs, managing budgets, marketing, and fundraising is a plus. Ability to build authentic relationships and collaborate with diverse groups is important. Bilingual in English/Spanish is advantageous.
