Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Galveston Beach Resort is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance service and repairs across our resort. You will conduct routine inspections, address maintenance requests, and execute repairs to keep facilities and villas safe and welcoming for guests.

The role requires strong maintenance knowledge, the ability to operate tools, and a customer-focused mindset to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proficient in maintenance knowledge and skills or strong desire to learn.
• Ability to operate and maintain various tools and equipment.
• Familiarity with safety practices and procedures.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must meet company-required motor vehicle policy standards.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, evening, mid, morning, and overnight.
• Must have 1 year of driving experience with an active driver's license.
