Job summary

1St Lake Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Grand Palms community in Mandeville, LA. This full-time position offers the chance to handle electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, with a $750 sign-on bonus and opportunities to contribute to a safe, well-maintained living environment.

You will perform make-ready tasks, respond to resident requests, and help keep our grounds and facilities in top condition.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, appliances, and general apartment maintenance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, team-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, climb, and perform physical maintenance tasks.
• Reliable transportation and your own basic tools; tools purchases available.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities
