1st Lake Properties in Mandeville, LA seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs, troubleshoot issues, and maintain resident spaces.

You will prepare vacant apartments, respond to requests, keep records, and support grounds upkeep and safety. The role includes a $750 Sign-On Bonus and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, appliances, and general apartment maintenance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
