Today, we seek an Apartment Maintenance Technician who has experienced with troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining Heat Pumps. Strong HVAC experience is PREFERRED. We are currently offering:

*** A Signing bonus of $1,000***

$150 Weekly On-Call Stipend – Earn an additional $150 per week anytime you're on call.

Industry-Leading Retirement – 401(k) with 4% match + historically 6.25% profit sharing (100% immediately vested)

Low-Cost Health Coverage – Just $50 per paycheck for our Employee only HSA plan, with Palms contributing $1,000 for EE Only and $1,500 for EE+ Child or EE+ Family.

Get Certified with Us – HVAC experience? We’ll provide EPA Universal Certification in-house while paying you.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong hands-on HVAC experience is PREFERRED.

Ability to independently troubleshoot, repair, and install heat pumps.

EPA Certification for refrigerant handling (preferred — willing to certify you!)

• Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience
• Well-rounded general maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, etc.)
• Proactive problem-solver with strong initiative
• Collaborative team player who works well in a skilled crew environment
• Technologically proficient, comfortable using MS Office 365 and a personal mobile device
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
