Job summary

The Palms Apartments & Townhomes – Virginia Beach, VA seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs across 312 apartment homes. This full-time role offers a $1,000 signing bonus and a comprehensive total rewards package.

Candidates should have heat pump experience, 2+ years in apartment maintenance, a valid driver's license, and strong English communication. We provide 401(k), health insurance, on-call stipends, and growth opportunities within 23

• Ability to independently troubleshoot, repair, and install heat pumps.
• Hands-on HVAC experience is REQUIRED.
• Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience
• Well-rounded general maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, etc.)
• Proactive problem-solver with strong initiative
• Collaborative team player who works well in a skilled crew environment
• Technologically proficient, comfortable using MS Office 365 and a personal mobile device
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• A professional who values integrity and long-term employment commitment
• Valid Driver's License
