Pacific Facility Solutions in Auburn, WA is seeking a full-time General Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will perform general facility upkeep, welding and fabrication, tile and flooring installs, sheetrock repairs, painting, and customer-facing service.

Evening and night shifts, on-call duties, overtime, and daily location assignments are included. Work is independent with supervision, and you may access company vehicles and tools to complete large repair projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in carpentry.
• 3+ years in general maintenance/handyman roles.
• 3+ years in painting/patching.

YOUR DAY AS OUR GENERAL MAINTENANCE TECH

No two days are the same, and that's exactly the point.

You’ll tackle:

• General facility maintenance
• Custom welding and fabrication
• Tile and flooring installs
• Sheetrock repairs, paint, and patching
• Customer-facing service interactions
• Independent job execution with minimal supervision

Occasionally, you’ll join forces with other skilled trades on larger projects, bringing multiple expertise areas together.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A GENERAL MAINTENANCE TECH

• 5+ years in carpentry
• 3+ years in general maintenance/handyman roles
• 3+ years in painting/patching

Preferred

• Tile installation experience
• Flooring expertise
• Commercial facility repair background
