The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in maintenance, an Electrical Journeyman license or EPA 608 Freon Certification, and can lift 25–30 pounds. A US government security clearance is required for this position.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years proven general maintenance experience or technical certifications.
• Electrical Journeyman license is preferred.
• EPA 608 Freon Recovery Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair, and inspect production and facility equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems per EPA standards.
• Handle utilities and electrical wiring up to 480V.
• Complete inspections and logs; ensure compliance with EHS guidelines.
• Support outside custodial duties and inventory spare parts.
