Under the supervision of the Facilities Director, this role performs a wide range of maintenance, repair, and operational duties across hospital buildings, grounds, and supporting systems. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, emergency response, equipment operation, and assisting with HVAC and plant systems to ensure continuous facility readiness. This position also participates in rotating on-call coverage and works closely with team members and contractors to support daily operations.
