Job summary

Foster Blue Water Oil LLC is hiring a groundskeeper/janitor to maintain outdoor and indoor areas, including lots, sidewalks, landscaping, and customer spaces. You will keep the property clean and safe while supporting a busy site in Michigan.

The role offers an hourly wage up to $18, a flexible schedule including weekends, health insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. Prior experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, landscaping, or facility maintenance is helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property's cleanliness including parking lots, sidewalks, landscaping, and customer areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the facility.
• Clean and maintain vacuum stations, mat cleaning areas, and vending areas.
• Remove debris, litter, leaves, and snow from walkways and parking areas.
• Perform basic landscaping duties.
• Clean windows, signs, and exterior surfaces as needed.
• Assist with pressure washing sidewalks, curbs, and facility surfaces.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the property, including parking lots, sidewalks, landscaping, and customer areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the facility.
• Clean and maintain vacuum stations, mat cleaning areas, and vending areas.
• Remove debris, litter, leaves, and snow from walkways and parking areas.
• Perform basic landscaping duties.
• Clean windows, signs, and exterior surfaces as needed.
• Assist with pressure washing sidewalks, curbs, and facility surfaces.

• Previous groundskeeping, janitorial, landscaping, or facility maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and materials up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate pressure washers, lawn equipment, and cleaning tools.
