Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Baltimore, MD is seeking a General Liability Pre-Suit Attorney to manage pre-litigation matters and guide clients through the case process.

You will lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers, drive KPIs, and handle settlement negotiations, EUOs, and PIP statements while maintaining excellent client service. A JD and Maryland Bar membership are required, with at least one year of general liability or personal injury experience.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active MD State Bar in good standing.
• 1+ year of experience in general liability or personal injury.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all pre-litigation work daily.
• Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval process.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Draft and file pre-litigation documents.
• Complete TD approval for liability issues.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation.
• Lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers.
• Drive compliance and KPIs among the team.
• Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements.
